I am totally confused by Paris! I can%26#39;t work out which area to stay in. We have an Accor card, so would prefer to use that due to the discounts. But there are 159 in Paris!!!
At this stage looking at Sofitel Arc de Triomphe Demure or Mercure Paris Stendhal Place. Any comments? Any other good options for less than 150 euro? www.accor.com
We will be there between xmas and NYE, so it will be really cold. Does it snow in Paris, or just a dry cold?

The Sofitels are nicer than the Mercure properties, but I prefer the Vendome neighborhood to the Arc de Triomphe address.
Usually it is cold, damp, humid and wet, but no snow.

What kind of discount do you get?
there are only 3 hotels that come up for that period for under 150E:
Mercure Paris Haussmann St Augustin
Libertel Montparnasse Paris Tradition
Mercure Paris La Sorbonne
