We will be in Paris for the first time in two weeks and need to know how to get to this hotel. I would appreciate any advise that could be given.

In my opinion, the best way is to book a shuttle before departing the US or you can take a taxi from the airport. I persoanlly don%26#39;t want to juggle my bags on trains or metros unless I am traveling with only a small carry-on.
I have used this shuttle company twice and they were great.

HÔTEL AGORA SAINT GERMAIN (3-star)--42 rue Bernardins (btwn rue Monge %26amp; rue des Ecoles) 75005, Metro: Maubert-Mutualité--

The simplest is to simply exit your CDG arrival terminal and take a TAXI PARISIAN from the regular taxi rank. (approx 45-55€)
Among the several public transportation airport transfer options, your best bet for this destination within Paris will be the RER %26#39;B%26#39; ligne--ROISSYRAIL--train from one of its two(2) stations within CDG to the SAINT MICHEL-NOTRE DAME station (station exits located at the intersection of Petit Pont / quai Saint Michel / quai de Montebello / rue St. Jacques) and then either walk or take a taxi the short distance to the hotel. (RER %26#39;B%26#39; 8,10€ per person...taxi 6-7€)
There is an onward #10 Metro connection (fare included within the RER %26#39;B%26#39; fare) that would get you to the MAUBERT-MUTUALITÉ Metro station nearer the Agora Saint Germainl...but the navigation through the large Saint Michel station complex and Correspondence to the CLUNY-La SORBONNE Metro station to make the connection to the #10 ligne (heading in the direction of Gare Austerlitz) would probably take as long at the walk at street level from the Saint Michel-Notre Dame RER exit to the hotel.....but it is a %26#39;foul weather%26#39; option.

We always take a taxi (Taxi Parisien) now. With our son a few years ago I booked a shuttle pickup which did not work out and we ended up taking a taxi. It costs more than a shuttle (shuttle is lots cheaper if it%26#39;s for one person only), but we find it is the best choice for us.
