Hi - I was in the Emerald City for a conference last week. I only had an afternoon to explore. What a surprise to find a Paris memory in Seattle - the Place Pigalle restaurant in the Pike Place market! I didn%26#39;t eat there, but what memories it evoked. I hope to return to Seattle again, definitely more places to explore.

I%26#39;m so happy you enjoyed your visit. I was in Paris or otherwise I would have offered to meet you for coffee. I am also sorry you had to experience such awful weather. If the rain does not stop soon we%26#39;ll need to build an ark around here!

Hi %26quot;c2...%26quot;: Glad you had a good time in the Emerald City.
Next time you must go to the French Bakery at Pike Street Market, they have the Paris Macarons and they are super!
I finally had a pistachio one ( cut it in half to share with my daughter) and my friend had the Expresso onethey were each so great! !
They have some great pastries and breads too!!

Discover - I wish now that I paged you before I left - macaroons would have been wonderful. I%26#39;ve tried to re-create the Paris eating experience, but haven%26#39;t had any satisfaction.
