Paris Clichés That Turned Out To Be True

Here are a few classic Parisian clichés that I personally observed to be true during the last 10 days (at least they were true of 1 person out of roughly 11 million).

1. Parisians really do wear white athletic shoes. I even saw them for sale in the men%26#39;s department at Vuitton.

2. Parisians really do step in dog truffes and fall down.

3. Parisians really do wear berets (maitre fromager/affineur on rue des Moines).

See how you are? You%26#39;re making fun...aren%26#39;t you?

|||

Parisians really do get romantic on the banks of the Seine... (I took a nice photo of 3 couples sitting on a wall under the trees on Ile St Louis - they looked kind of like a row of birds sitting on a fence)...

Parisians go to McDonalds!!!

Kasthor,

I didn%26#39;t see that. I always avert my eyes when in the presence of golden arches.
