Has anyone ever tried to ship wine home to Canada from France. We will be travelling around Burgundy next summer and hope to find some great wines to bring home.
Was wondering about shipping costs, and duty when arriving home.

You%26#39;ll have to check when you%26#39;re in France to see what the cost is, and if it is allowed. In most cases it is too expensive to ship a few bottles and if you want to ship more you may need an import license, or have the wine sent to a registered importer.
As an alternative, the French Postal Service has, or used to have, a special postal mailing box that you can check in as %26#39;checked luggage%26#39; on most airlines. The box holds 6 bottles, and can be mailed within France. I’ve used the boxes twice when flying US Airways out of Paris.
