Is there a nice condo style accomodation, not too expensive, recommended for a weeks stay for Nice novices?Or nearby?We will not have a car.Thanks.

Condo? What%26#39;s a condo? Citadines Nice Rue Buffa Aparthotel is probably the sort of thing you are looking for. Its well located considering most of the %26quot;prime%26quot; real estate near the centre is hotels or private apartments.

Term not much in use in the UK due to the English obsession with their %26quot;houses%26quot; - on the ground, and with a lawn front and back. Few lawns in Nice.

Be sure to avoid %26quot;Meubles%26quot; - furnished lets - these are often low rent dives for people on social benefits.

Apart-hotels are the best solution, or holiday lets - look up Angloinfo.com for commercial contacts

They have good looking apartments. I have never stayed there but would love to check them out next time I am in Nice.
