Train Metro Travel from CDG to La Defense Hilton, Paris Fr.

I was wondering if anyone has taken the new train from the airport to Gard du Nord and then transfered to the hotel via RER or Metro. Please advise best route and ease of use with luggage.

I%26#39;m not sure which new train you are talking about but getting the RER B Line (colour blue) to Chatelet/Les Halles instead of Gare du Nord and then change in Chatelet/Les Halles to the RER A Line (colour red) and get off at La Defence Grande Arche should be quick and painless enough.

P.S. Make sure you get the RER B from CdG with the fewer stops.
