Thank you for your reply, can you tell me if this is in calais town centre and also if it is the best xmas market for the day we go [thursday] we have a car so we dont mind driving a distance if you know of any others that are worth a visit.

The Christmas market is located just off of the 4 boulevards about 3-400 yds from the theatre or a 15 min walk from the Hôtel de Ville (town hall) so yes right in town. Best parking probably in the new 4 Boulevard shopping centre entrance is in rue du Temple off of Bd Jacquard.

Whether its any good or not that%26#39;s down to you I%26#39;ve not been over impressed but I%26#39;ve also read some very good reviews.

I%26#39;ve not been since the kids were little so I cannot say if its better or worse than any others in the area, we tend to go to Aachen in Germany once every 2 or 3 years but thats going to be too much for you in a day.
