Need help for a wedding in Paris

Hi every body

A friend of mine would like to get married in Paris in August (40 /50 people).

As I am French I told her I would help her but unfortunately I don%26#39;t live in France and for me it%26#39;s quite difficult to find a location.

I need help with the reception venue!!!

She would like to get married in a special place and if possible Baroque or 800%26#39;s.

Any suggestions?

Le Train Bleu is about as Baroque as it gets and they do private parties. Bofinger also has a private room, I believe.

it is quite different to host a wedding party and to actually get married in Paris, as they would need to check what type of papers they would need, and if it would then be valid in their country.

I agree Le Train Bleu is spectacular but can be a bit stuffy.
