Forbidden Games....

Jeux interdits.

I just saw this movie on IFC ~ I think that it%26#39;s not just the most moving French movie I%26#39;ve seen, but maybe the most touching movie of all, ever.

I am totally in love with Brigitte Fossey at age 5 ~ was she as fantastic later in her career?

I love this movie, the kids are so cute...

Everything (in French) about Brigitte Fossey

She%26#39;s very well known in France but slowed down the cinema to make tv movies. :-)

Thank you ,Happyindijion, for the link!

(I%26#39;m going to keep my eyes open for anything with her in it! I%26#39;m lucky that I get TV5 in my area ~ will now read the names of the casts more closely).

I wish my husband had been here to watch it with me. It was the most natural acting I%26#39;ve ever seen of a child (the boy too was wonderful) and though the ending was not as I hoped (but all the more %26quot;real%26quot; because of it) ~ the story had me laughing at times.

I now have a new heroine in Brigitte ~ funny how I like so many of the French actresses (Catherine D, Jeanne M, Juliette B etc.).

We just watched the film tonight and loved it, although we were a bit puzzled by the conclusion. Ideas? Brigitte Fossey was absolutely wonderful.

And more here in English
